Export Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to B2B used vehicle export transactions between C.G Trading ("Company") and international buyers ("Buyer").

2. Trade Terms (Incoterms)

  • FOB: Delivery on board at named port. Inland haulage, customs, and freight are buyer's responsibility.
  • CIF: Cost, insurance, and freight to destination port as quoted.
  • Final terms are governed by the issued Proforma Invoice and Sales Contract.

3. Vehicle Condition

Vehicles are yard-inspected for appearance and operation. Ocean transit damage is subject to carrier and insurance terms.

4. Payment

  • Deposit and balance schedules are defined in the contract.
  • International wire transfer (T/T) is standard; bank charges borne by remitter.
  • No shipment before payment confirmation.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Pre-shipment cancellation may incur deduction of inspection, storage, and documentation costs. Post-shipment cancellation is not accepted.

6. Dispute Resolution

Parties shall seek amicable settlement; failing which, laws of the Republic of Korea and Incheon District Court shall apply.
